Terms of service

1. General

These Terms of Service apply to every order placed on korami.eu. The seller is VOF ADORO, trading as KORAMI (KORAMI by Adoro), Heirbaan 106/0101, 2070 Beveren-Kruibeke-Zwijndrecht, Belgium, enterprise and VAT number BE0654 857 094, email hello@korami.eu, phone +32 460 97 83 48. Our online store runs on the Shopify platform. By placing an order, you accept these Terms of Service.

2. Products

We describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour or appearance compared with the pictures are possible. Our cosmetics are intended for external use only. Always check the list of ingredients if you have allergies or sensitive skin, and stop using a product if irritation occurs.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order. You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. In the case of an obvious error in a price or product description, we are not bound by that error; we will contact you and you may cancel the order free of charge.

4. Orders and contract

The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is no longer available, in the case of an obvious error or if we suspect fraud. In that case, any amount you have already paid will be refunded in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are indicative. If your order has not been delivered within 30 days, you may cancel it and we will refund you in full. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason. For health and hygiene reasons, opened personal care products cannot be returned unless they are defective. The full conditions are set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Legal warranty

You are entitled to the legal warranty against defects. Please report a defect as soon as possible, preferably within 1 month after you discover it, by emailing hello@korami.eu with your order number and photos. Please report damage on delivery preferably within 14 days, so we can help you quickly.

8. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of a product, by failure to follow the instructions for use, or for indirect damage, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Nothing in these Terms of Service limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our fault, for intentional misconduct or for gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, such as texts, images, logos and designs, belongs to KORAMI or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

10. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may change these Terms of Service at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your order applies to that order.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by Belgian law. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you live. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@korami.eu. Consumers can also contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be). Disputes are submitted to the competent courts, without prejudice to the mandatory rules on jurisdiction that apply to consumers.
