Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 working days after confirmation and are shipped from our EU fulfilment centre. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email.

Belgium: 5-7 working days
Netherlands: 5-7 working days
Germany: 6-8 working days
Poland: 6-8 working days
France: 7-9 working days
Italy: 9-11 working days
Spain: 9-11 working days
Portugal: 10-12 working days
Other EU countries: 6-13 working days

Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Free delivery applies to all orders over €75. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by courier delays beyond our control.

Order changes

Because orders are prepared quickly, we cannot always change or cancel an order once it is being processed. Please check your address and contact details carefully before ordering, and contact us as soon as possible at hello@korami.eu if something is wrong. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

Failed delivery

If the courier cannot deliver your parcel (for example because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available), we will contact you to confirm your details. Please reply quickly, as couriers only hold parcels for a short time. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, we may ask you to pay the cost of reshipping.
